WHY HAS MY PAYMENT DECLINED?
There are many factors that can cause a payment to decline. To help ensure this doesn’t happen when you retry, please try the following:
Check the card details are correct; including the expiry, security code and billing address.
Instead of selecting the billing address ‘same as shipping address’, please untick this option and try typing out the address.
Your bank has likely declined the payment. You may wish to call them to find out why.

Wash Instructions
Lingerie, being one of the most delicate items in a woman's wardrobe, requires special care. Our bralettes are crafted from delicate lace or sheer mesh, known for their softness. To keep your gorgeous new goodies in their best condition, we suggest these simple guidelines:
Gently hand-wash your lingerie using a mild cleanser.
Use cool water during the washing process to maintain the delicate fabrics.
Wash dark and light-colored fabrics separately to prevent color transfer.
Do not dry lingerie in direct sunlight to preserve its quality.
Hang or lay flat to dry in the shade to maintain the shape and elasticity.
Refrain from using bleach, machine drying, and ironing to protect the delicate materials.
For white or light-colored bralettes, it is advisable to wash them promptly after wearing to prevent the occurrence of dark spots from sweat.
Never spray satin or satin like products with perfume or deodorant.
Avoid excessive heat, steaming is recommended more than ironing.
Be cautious while ironing as heat causes discolouration or might burn delicate lace pieces.
